Community Health Systems DevelopmentTA Program (TAP) •  Activities: The goal of the technical assistance (TA) program is to provide grantees with useful information, resources and one-on-one assistance to ensure that they have the greatest possibility of success in improving the health of their rural community.   8. Rural Assistance Center (RAC) • Activities: Serves as an information portal for rural health and human services.   9. National Rural Recruitment & Retention Network (3Rnet) • Activities: Web site that post jobs and registers health professionals. Serves as a clearinghouse for over 5,000 communities across the country where medical professionals connect with federal, state, local and other medical staff recruiters.
