QUESTIONS POINT THE WAY

“What do you more than others?” (Matt. 5:47). QUESTIONS POINT THE WAY. They’re designed to make us think, not just give an answer. When did you learn to “bluff” your way thru a question? “I think…” “Thinking is good, knowing is better.” For your own sake, come up with a good answer.

  1. “What do you more than others?” (Matt. 5:47) QUESTIONS POINT THE WAY

  2. They’re designed to make us think, not just give an answer. When did you learn to “bluff” your way thru a question? “I think…” “Thinking is good, knowing is better.” For your own sake, come up with a good answer. Jesus Asks the questions…

  3. The accepted standard for behavior. The divine standard. How do I behave? Does God have the right to demand this? Why does God have the right? Look at what He gives us as opposed to what we really deserve. “…but I say unto you…” Matt. 5:43-48

  4. A lesson for all time. His way is best, even if I don’t perfectly obey. Isaiah 29:13; Matt. 15:8 2 Cor. 10:5 – Just our thoughts? Luke 6:46-49

  5. “Whom do men say that I am…?” Evidently there was a lot of talk. John? Elijah? Jeremiah? Do any of these really make sense? Many answers, down thru time. Some don’t make any sense. Only one makes any difference. Matt. 16:13

  6. “Whom say you that I am?” This is the real question of all time. Makes no difference what others say. Each of us must make a decision. Acts 8:37 Matt. 10:32 This question will impact our entire life. Matt. 16:15
