Purchases $1,000 to $2,500 require minimum of two qualified bids inclusive of a Certified Diverse Supplier.
Purchases >$2,500 require minimum of three qualified bids inclusive of a Certified Diverse Supplier.

A copy of the respective certification must accompany the bid.
