  1. About us • The Japanese Student Organization was founded with the purpose of creating a community on the Ohio State University campus. JSO is open to all students no matter their race, religion, gender, age, or major. JSO raises awareness and promotes Japanese culture through different events throughout the school year. President Vice President • Conduct biweekly meeting • Plan for upcoming events • Keep track of JSO officers' tasks • Promotes JSO and makes collaboration events with other student organizations *1 person • Work closely with President • Represent president when the president is not available • Help finishing tasks with president *1 person

Treasurer Web Master • Keep track of money spend • Conduct financial report for each JSO events • Discuss and set the event expenditure with the officers *1 person • In charge of JSO website • Updates event pictures and information • Posts information about future events on JSO website *1 person

  6. Secretary Event Coordinator • Reserve rooms for events and officer meetings • Request coke grants for all events *1 person • Helping exchange students from Japan • Schedule events • Send information via email to all the officers *1 people

  7. Database Administrator Designer • Design event setups • Design posters for events • Work with Marketing & Event Coordinator *1~2 people • Keep track of JSO officers and members’ contacting lists • Create and update JSO Master File *1 person

  8. Marketing Sponsor Relation • Advertis JSO events via Facebook, twitter, and email • Create monthly newsletters *1~2 people • Contact the sponsors • Keep looking for new sponsorships • Conduct JSO dinner with sponsors or visit to the sponsors *1~2 people

  9. Super Volunteer • Help JSO on preparing the events, during the events, and after the events *No limit
