LEXINGTON, KY, April 20, 2016 – RainMaker Hospitality, a leading hotel management and development company, broke ground today on a 93-room, four story, TownePlace Suites by Marriott. The property is located in Richmond, KY, and is scheduled to open during the first quarter of 2017.
