  1. NDNC – Procedure to get data scrubbed

Data Format • There is a need that the data being called by you is scrubbed by NDNC • Please ensure that your data is in the below stated format • The data has to be in excel format • It should be Numeric • First digit of the number should not be zero • First two digits of the number should not be 95 • Total number of digits should be 10

  3. Explanation • Hence in a mobile number please write only the number with no spaces/slash/dash etc. in between the numbers. • Ensure the number is without the country code. • For a landline number only have the city code(minus the zero before the city code and minus the space/slash/dash etc. between city code and phone numbers.). • For eg: Mobile nos. have to written as 9920464641/9869254059 etc. and landline nos. have to be written as 2224647859 (for Mumbai where the city code is 022) / 8026598645 (for Bangalore where the city code is 080). • There should be only 1 phone no. in 1 cell of the excel sheet.

  4. Process • The website address for this process is http://ndncregistry.gov.in/ndncregistry/index.jspbagtmuytxs • Click on Telemarketers – Login • The login ID is – 213270 and the password is – kotak 123

  5. Process • Once logged in click on file upload. The below page will open

Process • Please read instructions before uploading a file. • Enter total number of phone numbers to be uploaded for scrubbing • After entering the total number of phone numbers, the screen will display the 'Browse' option. Browse and select the excel file and upload it. • The total number of phone numbers and the phone numbers in the excel sheet must match • Upon successful uploading, a E-mail is generated by system containing following contents:"The file containing ________telephone numbers, has been accepted for scrubbing. This file has been given _______ reference number. Please quote this reference number for future queries” • This file can be downloaded within after 10 minutes.

  7. Process • The following steps will be followed for downloading a file: • Login to www.ndncregistry.gov.in and select "File Download option“ • Select reference number from the drop down list • Click on ‘download’ • File can be downloaded for viewing. This file will be in excel format and will contain cleaned list, do-not-call list and suspended list • The suspended numbers are the numbers which are not in the proper format. These numbers have not been processed by the NDNC registry. Please do not call them before getting them scrubbed • The file would be available for download upto 72 hours in the system.
