  2. MPPC（Multi-Pixel Photon Counter） • 受光面：1mm×1mm、素子数：100, 400, 1600 　　ダイナミックレンジが必要でなければ、100ピクセルで十分 • バイアス電圧：70±10 V（規格）、信州大では80Vで使用 • 素子毎の電圧調整は～2V程度（1000個の場合） • 信号出力は、100ピクセルで～50mV程度か。　（信州大は1600ピクセルでアンプ（20倍程度）を使用） 信州大特注 （1600 pixel） 市販品（100pixel） （メタルケース）

  3. MPPC（Multi-Pixel Photon Counter） • MPPCを浜ホトから購入すると、12800円/個で納期は4ヶ月。信州大には1600 pixelしかない。 • 取り扱いは非常に容易である。（常温で作動し、誤って過大電圧を掛けても復活する） • シンチとの接合は、接着剤なしに固定すればよい。 バイアス電圧 MPPC 信号 信州大でのMPPCの試験用回路

  4. MP-TPC用 Trigger Counter • 必要なサイズは、10cm（W)×40cm（L） • 単にcosmic rayの入射だけを測るのか、ある程度の位置情報も測るのか。 • シンチにwave length shifterを埋め込んで、端部にMPPCを接続　→　MPPCの配置はどうするのか？ 限られた予算のなかで、検討してみる。 （近大の予算は、まだ不確定）
