5. In this shortened program we will address the basis and biases of belief and the effects of science, atheism and religion on belief. • Why? Famines are due to lax governments and poor management, not drought, infestations or diseases. • We know this from Genesis where Joseph used pharaoh's dreams to preempt a 7 year long famine in Egypt. • We can read in Numbers 12:6 that the Creator supplies dreams. • We find out that Source supports life, particularly of those who pay attention to the cautions their dreams provide. • Noah used them ahead of a major flood to save his family and many animals. • Seeing famines and floods can be known in advance so can every other form of disaster if the Living Word is not ignored or mismanaged by believing leaders; or, refuted or denied by non-believers. • Foreknowing the future is therefore an occupational responsibility of qualified leaders. • In the Orient, Guided governance was given a name, the Mandate of Heaven. It's no surprise my mother had also developed the ability to foresee and turned her ability into practical benefits. • Her foresight included gathering meaning from her dreams and turning them into beneficial results. • She called the ability being fey, a Celtic term. • (Her father, John, had immigrated to Canada from Armagh in the late 1800s.) • As a child I saw evidence of her ability in our interactions and was astonished several times by things she knew that were impossible for her to have known by any other means. The main beneficiaries to her ability were people she worked with. • Initially she was only an office clerk with a grade 10 education yet her coworkers believed in her skills. • What she had them do paid off. • In the process they turned her into a regional office manager. • In a handful of years 50+ years ago she took a 1 man insurance office into being an 8 man team and turned 5 of those men to being million dollar sellers, their annual personal sales. (and other minor gifts so as to not belittle my capable but less inspired father. • While I was aware of the connection to the use of dreams very early, I only slowly formed the realizations required to recognize how it was possible to turn the ability into a variety of benefits. • That took more research... and eventually, action.) • Let me tell you how this all fits together, briefly, otherwise the most important part of this program might be dismissed due to the disbelieving nature of people and the 200 cognitive biases, effects and defects that enable denial, rationalization or disbelief to be so... harmful. 17. How harmful? Well the development of this project has been scorned, ignored and rejected by people afflicted by one or more of the biases and defects that cause disbelief to reign. • Of course if everyone ignores the cautions provided within this program it won't just be the sudden demise of another 20 or 30 thousand people in Japan, it could very well extend to 4.4 billion people over the next 2 decades. • So is knowing that worthwhile? • If not then maybe you'd like to know I've developed a program to greatly reduce such losses for a long list of disasters and other serious or life related concerns. (O maybe I should mention, in addition to their disbelief I had to struggle with mine, and the difficulty that time and timing of disastrous events is often shaky or unreliable... without the corroboration of others who have written their dreams. • I haven't had sufficient corroboration on this event from others, however there's enough time for you to have a dream about it, a dream that may provide content not already covered here that you may not understand.) We all have doubts about things we cannot see, measure or touch. • Even those who claim to believe in God have had their beliefs hijacked by management to being something other than the belief in the communication the Creator provides each of us as dreams and visions. • They have replaced belief in that communication with idolatry, superstition, a lot of half-truths and irrelevance. It isn't just one religion, it's in all of them. • As a result you cannot go to a place of worship and expect to learn how dreams or visions really work even though it is integral to all inspired beliefs; in fact in some that use has been outlawed, ignored or denied for so long most have no idea what was first taught. • The management took the lessons of prophets, dumped the use of dreams and/or visions and turned their attentions to the parts that are easier to understand... history, laws and rules, social aspects, rites and rituals ... but always without the inspiration that formed the belief in the first place or the spectrum of benefits that go with it. There is nothing wrong in teaching the simpler things; the clergy in my family did that, however even as a child I recognized something was amiss or lacking with that approach. • They could not explain prophecies or clarify anything beyond the obvious, so nothing led me to link their words to the outstanding foresight and inspiration past examples and my mother had shown. • Science on the other hand has an uncomfortable relationship with religion because so many ignorant, disbelieving people within religion are against progress and discoveries they erroneously think are against scriptures. • In addition there's a percentage of scientists who fail to realize clergy's mistakes are based on ignorance and idolatry and toss the baby out with the bathwater... in other words they ignore or deny the core value that dreams and visions supplied in providing prophecies and many other areas of inspiration. • Despite that some notable scientists have used the inspiration of their dreams and visions to make beneficial discoveries Epiphanies: a program to enlighten

In the 20th Century many scientists denied any use of their dreams because of one person who claimed to understand dreams and was far from it. • Some even changed their acceptance speeches for receiving Nobel Prizes because they didn't want to show any association with using them. • Medical doctors have forgotten the origins of their practice as having used dreams and visions as a highly effective tool to diagnose and remedy a huge spectrum of health concerns... (see www.godofhealth.com and www.healthhostel.com ) • Edgar Cayce, not trained as a medical professional took cases medical doctors couldn't cure and remedied 99% of them by using a meditative visioning technique. They are all good examples of users of their dreams and visions, examples others can emulate for their success. • If you have enough time to save some or all of your belongings then do so however your life and those of family, friends and neighbours are obviously most important. • A concern exists about time and timing in relation to anything foreseen. • The time can be pinpointed, yet it means corroboration is required, preferably from a group, the bigger the better. • I knew the date of the tsunami when the last tsunami occurred three years ago, however I wasn't sure of the year until recently. • The hardest part of pinpointing time and timing is that only a tiny percentage of dreams supply dates or analogies relating to them and without many to correlate the likelihood of making that determination falls sharply. Jai Breisch is an example of someone who knew of the tsunami that hit in Phuket and didn't act on seven dreams about it. • His sister was lost in the tsunami that started in Indonesia and then hit the shores of Thailand on Boxing Day 2004. • A similar scenario played out in a little coal mining town in Aberfan, Wales on the 21st of October 1966. • 144 people died (in the slide). After the tragedy a psychiatrist decided to find out how many people had had premonitory dreams about the event. • He got 76 letters, of which 24 were reasonably corroborative. • The real problem was that his efforts were done AFTER the event, not before it. • There would have been far more people with dreams about it, yet the reality gradually sinks in that very few people bother to pay attention let alone record them, and even fewer grasp the need to respond. • So this was a post-mortem of sorts, with no action taken on the realizations. • Since then no one has put a plan together to deal with such concerns on a preemptive basis until now, certainly not any existing disaster relief program. The last time I had a notable success was relevant to a space flight with Guy Lalibertéon it. • I emailed NASA on October 9, 2009 to either bring the flight down earlier or later than the 'advertised' return or it could suffer the same fate as the astronauts on Columbia. • Their flight had been hit by a fist-sized meteorite on its return. • NASA changed the flight return. • They didn't acknowledge my email or part in changing the landing. The cognitive biases, denials and related effects are part of an inability that cripples the thinking of many people. • On the other hand people who believe in the communication of dreams should find it easy to accept the logic and sincerity of what has just been presented and want to find out more or to at least make an effort to prove... or disprove... the possibility and consequences especially after it is determined to be a fact. • After all the means to corroborate and prove it has been stated. • Just don't wait to the last seconds for seismographs to tell you of events that parallel Godzilla will be wrecking Japan again (near Shikoku Island). This advance notice also provides enough time for people in the film industry, plus news people and a variety of scientists to safely position themselves to chronicle and record the event. • If the night is clear there should be moonlight as it's 3 days after a full moon. • Keep in mind La Palma in the Canary Islands will collapse and be largely directed towards the southern Atlantic when the volcano collapses with residual effects going westward around the Atlantic. • Others have seen this event but not the date. • Is anyone prepared for this tsunami; or the three major earthquakes and nearly 2 meter subsidence due shortly in the western half of 'my city'? 38. who could exploit the situations to profit excessively and plunge the world, and specifically the USA, into another extended economic crisis. • You see the Source of our dreams exposes secrets that others might like to ignore, deny or keep hidden. • Does any religion teach what I've just shown you or how to get to it? • Did any grasp how the real benefit of Eternal Life will occur... via health sciences, not via religion? If my message is thought to be a miracle by some in the audience let me dissuade you; it is something everyone is capable of by recalling and recording your dreams and reasoning the words describing them. Did you realize a valid means of determining any disasters prior to their occurrence exists? • Denial and ignoring the concern will not make the danger or its consequences any less. • This event being chronicled from afar ahead of its occurrence proves conclusively it is possible to know of the future and to take proactive action to avoid the loss of lives. • For the sake of the Japanese I hope they ignore the deniers and act on the means to prove it for themselves, or are fully prepared to flee the moment seismographs and other instruments finally tell them the tsunami is happening. • However waiting that long will be too late to save much more than your life. O, one last message before I end this. • The End Time begins with this event. • A lot of additional instructions you need are in the books I've written and the rest are in your dreams. • The single most important ones for the responsible: grow a lot more food and save it or suffer later at the hands of profiteers and hoarders. • In short, for that you'll need to capture rain and save water against droughts, increase independence from electrical power via solar panels, save seeds, plant more trees, reduce use of fossil fuels, use more natural gas and waste less food. • We have a limited time to prepare for a multi year global famine, a far bigger killer of people than tsunamis are. • This notification makes preempting the effects possible. 44. and the other nearby in Boötes. • As a group, scientists are afflicted with disbelief, denial and rationalizations yet you’ve seen scientists who used their dreams for great strides forward. • You must decide whether the future and your wellbeing is safer in the hands of believers like me who align with science, or with non-believers who deny and refute the Source of the communication that provided me with the materials for this life-saving message.
