How to Keep the Conversation • Ask questions about themselves • Favorite person to talk about is themselves • Ask open ended questions • No yes or no answers • Sharing ideas during a conversation • Do not use “BUT”, use and instead. • Makes the other person feel bad about their idea • When you say “but” you suggest there is something wrong with the idea.
