  2. Using mobile devices - Idea #1 As well as Toy Story ReadAlong, a free application called Stanza features the complete works of Shakespeare and other classic texts.

  3. Using mobile devices - Idea #2 Voting - e.g. Poll Everywhere Instead of schools paying hundreds for 'clickers', why not use mobile phones and text messages for feedback?

  4. Using mobile devices - Idea #3 Speech to text is available on many devices, including Dragon Dictation for the iPad. Get some ideas down, edit later!

  5. Using mobile devices - Idea #4 Most drawing apps on touchscreen devices can email pictures. Use Posterous to post directly to blogs as a basic type of e-portfolio!

  6. Using mobile devices - Idea #5 Google Earth and Google Maps are available for a variety of devices. The 'layers' are not only useful in Geography lessons!
