Bad Habits that cause Bad Breath

  • We may not realize it but we all from one point or another in our life have experienced having bad breath.

  • Whether it was because we ate too much and forgot to brush our teeth or it was because we indulge in bad habits that cause bad breath, we all have experience having bad breath in our lives.

To avoid those embarrassing moments, here are important tips on how to prevent having bad breath:

Brush your Teeth Properly at least Twice a Day

  • Brushing your teeth properly at least twice a day is one of the best things you can do to prevent having bad breath.

  • Brush for at least two minutes with a good toothbrush and make sure to cover all the areas in your mouth. Take your time and do not rush brushing your teeth.

Don't Forget to Floss your Teeth

  • People sometimes think that brushing their teeth is good enough but the truth is it is not enough. You also have to floss your teeth to remove any debris and food particles that gets stuck between your teeth.
