Shortly before he died, Harry Coumnas inherited a bulk of his family's thousands of acres of estate and a handsome yearly stipend. Harry Coumnas had a strange obsession of jewels. He would dress in swirling robes jeweled with diamonds and sapphires of all kinds and his contemporaries started describing him as a tall, elegant, and bejeweled creature. It doesn't just end here. He went ahead to modify his cars with gems, precious metals, and for them to emit perfume instead of exhaust. Harry Coumnas had his estate's chapel converted into a gigantic and opulent theatre. He set up an elaborate lighting rig and multiple changing stations for the convenience of all the professional actors. It must be noted that Harry never let anyone else command the lead roles. He is also known for his habit of performing seductive and hypnotic dances at every opportunity and taking his rotating theater cast to a three-year European tour.
