  2. David Alessi (Vegas)matriculated from Cal Poly Pomona with a bachelor's degree in 1990 and the University of La Verne School of Law with a law degree in 1998. In addition, he studied at the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine School of Law as a visiting student in 1998.

  3. From 1999 to 2001, David Alessi (Lawyer)worked as a Community Manager (CAM) with Real Support Management in Malibu, California, in the HOA sector. Then, under challenging circumstances, he went to Las Vegas in 2001 and formed Alessi Trustee Corporation (ATC), which he still controls today. As a result, David Alessi (Lawyer)developed the largest HOA assessment collection trustee company in the state of Nevada in just three years.

  4. In 2004, David Alessi (Vegas)extended his company by establishing Alessi & Koenig, a law firm. Within five years, the firm had handled 700-800 HOAs in Nevada and California, representing more than a quarter-million residents, making it the state's largest HOA assessment collection legal firm.

  5. The business has registered over a million liens on behalf of thousands of HOA clients over the previous two decades, resulting in over $100 million in collections. An article on him was featured in Who's Who magazine. David Alessi (Lawyer)offered training seminars for HOA managers to get credits from the Nevada Real Estate Division (NRED). In addition, he has given a lot of time and money to environmental, animal welfare, and children's charities.

  6. David Alessi (Vegas)also founded Nevada Community Supervision (NCM), an HOA management company that grew from 45 to 180 HOAs under administration in just two years. It employs 50 people and oversees 25,000 homes, making it Nevada's most prominent locally owned and operated HOA management firm.
