  1. Print Paycheck in QB Payroll Intuit QuickBooks is accounting software for all sizes of businesses which help. It takes care of accounting, bookkeeping and payroll. Payroll management is tedious task but QuickBooks Payroll takes care of it easily as well as affordable also. By using payroll enter all the information of employee and print paycheck by clicking a button. Printing paycheck is very import part of payroll and there is several ways to print checks from QuickBooks Desktop. We have mentioned it below. Print paychecks that you saved to print at a later time Verify your Printer Setup From File go to the top menu bar and then choose Printer Setup, at that point pick Check/Paycheck. Before printing of paychecks Ensure that you have the right printer and also Check Style selected, and then press OK. Select the printer type: Continuous (Perforated Edge) or Page-arranged (Single Sheets). The default is Page-situated (Single Sheets). Now load the paycheck forms into your printer.

Print the paycheck. Select File and then choose the Print Forms. Now Select Paycheck that you want to print. Select your payroll bank account from the section of Bank Account. Verify the First Check Number field matches with the number of the main check in your printer. Select Both, Paycheck or Direct Deposits. Then Select the checks Select All to select all displayed checks,. For selecting individual checks, select the white section to one side of the date. If you might want to print a global message on each pay stub, enter message in the Company message to be printed on all pay stubs box. Press OK to print Pay Stub. Adjust your setting of your printer, if required, at that point print. (For detailed information about printer settings, select Help in the Print Checks window.) Make sure before printing that the checks are printing effectively and respond to the Did check(s) print OK? Message. Press OK. On the off chance that the checks you have to print are not appearing in the window, you may need to mark them as Print Later. See the means in the following section. Mark your checks as Print Later from the Payroll Center Go to top menu bar Employee, select your Payroll Center. Now Select the Transaction tab and Paycheck. Select a date range that will cover the time of the paycheck Double-click on the check Put a checkmark in the Print Later box, Save and Close. Mark your checks as Print Later from the bank register Click on banking and Open your check register Then Double click on the check Now Select Print Later checkbox at the top of the page, alongside the Print icon. Choose Save and close and click record in your register Mark paychecks to print that you have created Enter Payroll Information option Check Options Select Print paycheck on check stock to line paychecks for printing from QuickBooks Desktop.

  3. Select Handwrite option and assign check numbers if you are composing your paycheck by hand. Enter First Check number and the number will increase by 1 for each ensuing check composed from the account indicated in the Bank Account field. Dismiss checks from the Print Paycheck window without printing them Click on Banking and open your check register. Double-click on the check Select clear the print Later Box at top of the menu Click to clear the Print Later box at the top of the page, by Print icon. Click Save and Exit, and select Record in your register. QuickBooks Desktop won’t print out that check numbers and directing or bank account number.
