Engineering & Construction Management Department August Report, 2011 EPIA Hangar #7 – Reconstruction and Renovation General Project Description: Renovate the existing hangar including 22,271 SF of office space, 32,331 SF of hangar space and 1,613 SF of storage area as well as required site improvements. PROJECT SCHEDULE Design Status: The preliminary design is due September 26, 2011.
