CONCLUSION • Membership recruitment and retention is a club level activity. • Clubs have to evolve new out of the box strategies to meet the peculiar challenges of their environment. • Districts should support the clubs if necessary to implement the strategies. • R.I. Should support the districts to support the clubs if necessary.
