  1. Compensation Plan Compensation Plan applies to all associates . Every associate is entitled to the following commission structure in accordance to a Business Volume (BV) of 20 Credits. Earnings on these levels are considered “RESIDUAL” income

  2. To Qualify for Bronze Incentive BonusMust have two (2) "Complete" Powerlines and Minimum Group BV of 120 Credits in first 3 levels. Upon Qualification, Member Will Earn 5% on their Unblockable 4th, 5th Level and Beyond.   3. To Qualify for Silver Incentive BonusMust have three (3) "Complete" Powerlines and Minimum Group BV of 180 Credits in first 3 levels. Upon Qualification, Member Will Earn 10% on their Unblockable 4th, 5th Level and Beyond. Also Have 1 personally sponsored SILVER Associate, maintaining his own SILVER Qualification for three (3) consecutive months. Upon Qualification, Member Will Earn 15% on Their Unblockable 4th, 5th Level and Beyond. And also have Group BV of 10,000 Credits in 8 levels every month for three (3) consecutive months. Upon Qualification, Associate Will Earn 25% on Their Unblockable 4th, 5th Level and Beyond.   8. Example of Blockage For SilverA Silver Can Be Blocked on Their 5th Level and Beyond When Their Down Line Becomes Bronze. The Silver Will Be Paid Full Incentive Bonus Until Such Time That the Bronze Begins Earning Incentive Bonus. At That Time, Silver Will Earn Their Full 3% on That Leg. Silver Will Be Blocked on the New Bronze Leg and Will Continue to Earn 3% on the 4th Level and Beyond on the Other Legs That Are Not Blocked. In addition, member must maintain Diamond qualifications and have three separate legs with at least one Diamond in each leg and a total of six or more Diamonds anywhere in the entire organization. In addition, member must maintain Diamond qualifications and have three separate legs with at least one Diamond in each leg and a total of six or more Diamonds anywhere in your entire organization.   17. Revenue Sharing Bonuses 5% of the total company BV is shared by the Top Ten New Volume Producers, 3 Star Diamonds and Crown Diamonds 5% 20% 30% 50% This percentage is shared by the Top Ten New Volume Producers based on the first time order volume (not to exceed 224 BV) of new members and customers. This percentage is shared among the 3 Star Diamonds This percentage is shared among the Crown Diamonds • In order for a member to be paid this bonus the following criteria must be met: • Must be enrollment sponsor of each new member or customer • New member or customer must be register within the qualifying month • If the above criteria has been met, the volume from the new member or customer’s first order will be counted toward this bonus. • (This percentage is divided monthly on a pro-rata basis…which means that the amount of volume brought in by each of the top ten producers is added together. Then, 20% is taken and divided by the total BV. This will give you a dollar amount for each BV. Then we take the amount of BV that was brought in by each producer and multiplied it by the dollar amount given for the BV. This will identify the amount of money each producer will receive. This bonus is shared equally between the 3 Star Diamonds. This bonus is paid on a quarterly basis. A 3 Star Diamond must qualify 2 out of the 3 months to received this bonus. This bonus is shared equally between the Crown Diamonds. This bonus is paid on a quarterly basis. A Crown Diamond must qualify 2 out of the 3 months to receive this bonus.
