  4. Plan Implementation • Expand Emergency Department at Columbia River General Hospital • Build new Emergency Room • Build new Acute Care unit • Reconfigure lobby and registration area • Install new lighting throughout the hospital

  5. Plan Implementation, cont. • Relocate all psychiatric services to Fremont Medical Clinic • Build new psychiatric emergency services center • Invest $12 million in new capital investments • Create community-based health and research facilities
