Summary • To manage growth we: • Created a distributed network of system staff to ease system library required copy cataloging • Created a website to facilitate system library requests for bib records for new purchases • Shifted staff duties around to help Acquisitions accommodate growth of the materials budget • Implemented EDI ordering and processing • Streamlined physical processing with a single wrap-around spine label that serves a myriad of purposes.
