1. Camp McDowell Environmental Center 5th Grade May 5-9, 2014 Dear Parents of Fifth Graders, We are reminding you about the Fifth Grade Adventure to Camp McDowell! At this time we will begin the process of reserving your child’s spot and yours if you wish to chaperone. DEPOSIT- By January 24th, please send your $25 deposit for each person attending. Options for the remaining fee are listed below. FURTHER PAYMENTS- One third of the remaining costs will be collected by the following dates: February 21, March 19, and April 25. You may, of course, make one payment. PAYMENT OPTIONS • One student $290 in its entirety • One student $25 deposit, 2 payments of $90, 1 payment of $85 • One student, one parent (full 5 days ) $560 in its entirety • One student, one parent (full 5 days) $50 deposit, 3 payments of $170 • One student, one parent (2½ days) $425 in its entirety • One student, one parent (2½ days) $50 deposit, 3 payments of $125 • Deposit of $25- Further Financial assistance may be needed Return this paper with your payment option selected and first payment by January 24th.
