  14. CONCLUSION 21stcentury approaches will help us molding our student a critical thinker. This work shop helped us understanding 21at century approaches and student centered teaching and learning style, hopefully we will implement these techniques to empower our students with critical analytical thinking and collaborative skills and encourage them to enhance students in born multiple intelligences. You are the embodiment of the information you choose to accept and act upon. To change your circumstances you need to change your thinking and subsequent actions.
