Overview • Two Ø285x75 wheel in the same pivoting saft • Wheels are turning by rolling, not by breaking the vulkollan • ”pivot” -axel enable +/- 9° bumpy between wheels • 360° rotating system have rotating coupling for the drumbrakes brakefluid • Carbonbrushless maintenancefree AC-motor (EPS) with gearbox is integrated to construction • Ø200mm thrust ball bearing • Turning is made by conical gear ---> no stretching chain ---> maintance interval increase • Inductive sensor check reference point from rotating segment

  4. Assembling • Install C860 -pages parts 5, 9, 10 and 11 together with screw M8x70 (part 35) (6 pcs) • Notice position of the segment (part 5) as shown on the picture

  5. Assembling • Center bearing and segment unit with Installation tools (430880) • Tighten bearing • Remove Installation tools • Tighten rest screws • Check segments free rotating

Assembling • Install EPS unit to base plate using pins (33) WITHOUT adjustment parts • Check space between conical gears, witch have to be a little • Adjust the space by using adjustment parts 36 and 37 • One vertical adjustment part (37) takes same free space as three horisontal adjustment parts(36)!

  7. Assembling • Fasten saft and brake with pivot. Remember lock pin. • Assembly brake hose carefully so that it doesn´t touch chassis when wheels are bumping

  8. Assembling • Connect inductive sensor and brake coupling • Put complete unit to truck and assemmbly wheels and brake hose of the brake coupling • Bleed air first from rotating coupling (sqrew on the top), then from wheel brake and finally from head cylinder (picture)

  9. Assembling • Wheels should stop straight lengthwise after pressing normal mode • Put straight beam front of the all four wheels. Moving inductive sensor sideways you adjust reference point. After moving sensor, restart machine and check position of the wheels
