  3. A compound subject is two or more subjects joined by the conjunctions “and” or “or.”

  6. Identify the compound subject: Victoria drew pictures for my grandmother.

  7. Find the conjunction: Soccer and baseball are two fun sports.

  9. A compound predicate is two or more predicates joined by “and” or “or”.

  10. Identify the compound predicate: The family walks and rides to the beach.

  11. Identify the compound predicate: Yesterday I went to the beach and swam in the ocean.

  12. Identify the compound predicate: Every day my sister peels apples and makes a pie.

  13. Identify the compound predicate: I swim or collect shells.

  14. Combine the two sentences into one complete sentence.
