Exercise doesn’t have to be hell!You could hurt yourself exercising, here are some useful guidelines. • Exercise should be regular – establish a routine, 3 or 4 times a week for 20 minutes will really help • Start gentle and increase as you get fitter • Don’t over do it. “No pain, No gain” is not true Try changing a few bad habits like …. Walk or cycle short distances. Take the stairs instead of a lift.
