  2. Company Policy: Know your company policy regarding employee behavior.

  3. Understand that company rules and regulations are for the benefit and safety of all employees.

  4. Employees are expected at all times to conduct themselves in a positive manner in order to promote the best interests of the Company. Appropriate employee conduct includes:

  5. (a) Treating all customers, visitors, and coworkers in a respectful manner

  6. I hate This Job!!! (b) Refraining from behavior or conduct that is offensive or undesirable, or which is contrary to the Company’s best interests

  7. c) Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace and work areas

  8. Stealing, destroying, defacing, or misusing Company property or another employee’s or customer’s property

  9. Sharing Tools Rule #1 Know what tools you must have for your job before you start work

  10. I’m Ready to Work! Rule #2 Come prepared with all necessary tools to work Avoid Borrowing!

  11. Rule #3 When sharing tools, treat them as if they were your own

  12. Sharing Space Rule #1 Don’t Invade a Co-worker’s Personal Space or Work Area

  13. Rule #2 Don’t listen in on the conversations of others

  14. Rule #3 When working at a work area other than your own, always leave the work area cleaner than you found it!

  15. The “Teamwork” Approach The expectation is that teamwork and collaboration are expected and . . .

  16. NOTE: No one completely owns a work area or process all by him or herself!!

  17. All employees should live by this old adage: Do Onto Others As You Would Have Done Onto You!!!
