  6. During Program Counselling 1. Look up Intent to Register information and the schedules for ADO/Departmental information sessions on the King’s/ADO website: http://kings.uwo.ca/current-students/courses-enrolment/degree-information/intent-to-register/ Academic Dean’s Office INTENT TO REGISTER and PROGRAM COUNSELLING

  7. 2. 9. Submitting your ITR • Submit your Intent to Register online(go to studentservices.uwo.ca, and to My Possibilities; go through the steps described below) • Submitting by March 31stwill allow optimum access to F/W 2013 courses • You need NOT choose your courses now Academic Dean’s Office INTENT TO REGISTER and PROGRAM COUNSELLING

  10. What if I miss the ITR deadline (March 31st)? • Early submission of your ITR optimizes your course selection. • If you are late, you must complete a paper form at the Academic Dean’s Office and your access to the registration system will be delayed. Academic Dean’s Office INTENT TO REGISTER and PROGRAM COUNSELLING

  11. You can’t submit an ITR online if you are • a special student (you already have a degree) • in a Certificate program • planning to be “undeclared” (not be in a module like a Major). This is an option to avoid if possible. • in a concurrent degree program (i.e., in a professional degree and a B.A. undergrad degree at the same time) • a re-registrant (have voluntarily taken the last year/s off) • seeking admission to the Bachelor of Social Work program. ** Are you in one of the above situations? We can answer your questions at the Academic Dean’s Office (DL 104). Academic Dean’s Office INTENT TO REGISTER and PROGRAM COUNSELLING

  12. ** Students who are applying for admission to the BSW program cannot indicate "Social Work" as a program choice on their ITR. They will submit an online ITR for an alternate/backup degree/module combination, and if admitted to the BSW program, their registration will be changed for them.   Students currently enrolled in the BSW program (Year III progressing to Year IV and Extended Study students) must complete an online ITR by March 31, 2013.
