Nuremberg LawsSeptember 15, 1935 • Reich Citizenship Law & Blood Laws • The Reich Minister (Frick) with the Deputy of the Fuhrer (Hess) may revoke citizenship • Partly Jewish is anyone who is descended from one or two grandparents who are fully Jewish • A Jew can not be a citizen • Only a citizen may vote

Nuremberg LawsSeptember 15, 1935 • Jewish Civil Servants must retire by 12/31/35 • Also to be considered a Jew is a partly Jewish national: • Belongs to a Jewish community • Who was married to a Jewish person • Offspring of marriage of Jew and non Jew • Offspring of an extramarital relationship involving a Jew
