  1. The Life Cycle of Waste and Waste Management An efficient solid waste management system's main objective is to obtain the maximum amount of useful resources from waste and produce energy so that the least amount of waste is to be dumped in the landfill area. The reason for this is that the garbage dumped in the landfill is suffering heavy losses. One, it requires a lot of lands, which is constantly reducing, and secondly, there is a possible cause of air, soil and water pollution. It is the responsibility of waste producers to sort waste, which is the basic requirement of solid waste management. Solid waste management has become a major problem worldwide as the result of urbanization, industrialization and economic development have increased the amount of urban waste. This problem is further complicated by the rapidly increasing population and improvement in the standard of living of the people. To ensure proper disposal of solid waste, it is best to hire rubbish removal in Brisbane and everywhere. The basic responsibility of waste generators is to sort waste as it is the main requirement of solid waste management. These rules outline the requirements of critical components of the solid waste management system and set the time frame for achieving the goals. Solid Waste Management - Key Components The major components of solid waste management include- Step 1 - Sorting and sorting the waste as dry and wet waste by waste generators. Step 2 - Collecting garbage from house to house and sending it for processing after sorting. Step 3 - sorting and separating recycled useful materials like plastic, paper, metal, glass from the dry waste. Step 4 - Setting up of litter processing facilities, such as compost making, bio-methane preparation, and litter-generating plants. Step 5 - Waste disposal facility - Landfill making. An efficient solid waste management system's main objective is to remove useful materials from the waste and produce electricity from the remaining waste in the processing centre (Step 4) and minimize the amount of waste being dumped into the landfill that is rapidly reducing land resources. The first requirement for all waste processing centres (Phase IV) is the separation of dry and wet waste. If garbage is not collected and not sorted and sent separately to the processing centre, it is impossible to process it. In this situation, the waste is dumped in the landfill (Step 5). So it is important to hire a professional rubbish removal service that will help ease the entire process.
