  9. Goals of the 2010 Plan • 50% of population participating in curbside recycling by 2015 • 75% of population participating in curbside recycling by 2020

  10. Population 5,000+ • Non-Subscription Curbside Recycling • Will establish a user fee to fund the drop-off recycling program by January 1, 2011 • If the individual political jurisdiction requests to implement a different recycling program, then it has to be willing to negotiate a contract to meet the requirements of Goal #1 in the Ohio EPA State Solid Waste Management Plan with the District that is revenue/expense neutral through one or a combination of: * Subscription curbside recycling * Non-subscription curbside recycling * Drop-off Recycling Locations

  11.
