  2. BRIEF HISTORY 1993: Students begin camping for games • 2005: Paternoville officially founded • 2006: PCC officially founded • 2007: “White Board” used for signing campers in • 2008: “The List” used for signing campers in • 2009: Google Docs used for signing campers in • 2010: ???

  3. Problem: Students showing up almost 24 hrs before camp out is suppose to begin Proposal… • Sections ED-SG • Paternoville part of your Student Account on Student Central • Register your group on ANGEL/Student Central

  4. Regular Campout Schedule Wed. Night 11:00pm: Camping Registration opens on ANGEL 1 Person from group logs on and registers for the week Initial Registration ONLY builds a list/order of when people signed in First come first serve basis After registration is completed, they must report to Paternoville within the hour Once arriving at Paternoville, PCC Officers will sign people in on Student Central Going by the registration list, we will call one group at a time to come up to the Resolution Booth…similar process to last year

Regular Campout Schedule Sign-In Process Student will be able to look at a monitor with the student section seating chart on it and pick where they want to seat This process is similar to buying tickets to an event at the BJC After a camper registers… They enter Names AND Student ID #’s for each group member Non-PSU Students going to the game should be added to the specific ID they will be entering with…Name should be listed and then the Validation fee will be charged to that specific ID # Names can be changed up until 12:00pm Friday, but # of people can’t

  6. Regular Campout Schedule Thurs. Morning 12:00am: Paternoville Campout Officially Begins Once camper arrives they must have a PCC Officer confirm their group registration on ANGEL If a group’s registration isn’t confirmed on the first night, their group is deleted from list New groups can register up until 12:00pm Friday Fri. 12:00pm: Paternoville Camping Registration closes

  7. Regular Campout Schedule Sat. Morning 7:00am: Paternoville Dismantled Tents will be taken down and wristbands will be distributed Sat. Morning 9:00am: Campers Return Campers must have wristband and Student ID Sat. Morning 10:00am: Gates Open (If it’s a Noon Kick)

Camper Loyalty System Option Loyalty points will be awarded to people who camp through out the season You will personally receive a loyalty point for every day you camp Ex: A regular campout earns you 2pts for 2 Days camped After the first game, the system will be put into effect where based on your # of loyalty points, the more you have, the earlier you get to register your group It is possible for us to implement this system week one based on last year’s camping information however, we will need to input data before season begins
