Living Along the river Severn • In todays lesson and the next one you will be working as a team of estate agents trying to find the right “location location location” for a couple with 2 young children who are house hunting. They want to live in the river Severn valley and have up to £250k to spend on a 3 bedroom house. They want you to present back to them after about 20 minutes of next lesson.

They now also want to know which area the house you are suggesting is in. they have given you a choice of 4 to choose from: • Urban: CBD • Urban: Inner City • Urban: Suburbs • Rural: Hamlet or other settlement They would like to know what are the advantages of living in this particular type of area

  8. Feed back and Self Assessment • Write down 2 of the positive comments your group received • Write down one more aspect that you think your group could have done better. Again you can refer to the level grid on the earlier slide
