  1. Westwood Estates Homeowners Association Fall Meeting November 19, 2009

  2. Landscaping and Property Upkeep The landscape / lawn contractor in place for 2009 sold his business  and our contract was taken over by a new vendor.  Since mid summer landscape services have been provided by multiple contractor services.  Problematic landscaping at the front of the sub was replaced or reutilized using a new contractor – Precision Landscape. Flowers were planted thereafter, followed by mums and Fall decorations – all done by the Board. New bids went out for the 2009 / 2010 Snow, Landscaping and Lawn contract. New contracts are in process for these services. Fall clean-up is scheduled within the next week. Holiday lighting will also be installed the week after Thanksgiving.
