What Do We Do • Purpose • Ensure homeowners adhering to Covenants • Perform Architectural Committee Tasks • Review plan for pools, decks, screened in porches and so forth • Architectural Approval accompanies all submittals Competitively bid projects for subdivision • Subdivision Maintenance • Event Planning/Coordination

What We Don’t Do • Police the subdivision • For City Ordinance Violations • Economic Development – 636.949.3222 • For Criminal activity • St Charles City Police - 636.949.3300 • Crime Stoppers Hotline - 636.949.3333 • 24 hour Emergency – 911 • Other examples of things we don’t do • Barking dogs, speeding, lawn jobs, dispute with neighbors
