Cranes • TNT has 158 cranes ranging from 17 to 800 tons • Leader in all-terrain equipment in markets served • Fastest assembly/disassembly time in the industry • Average age approximately 5 years • Extensive maintenance program with techs • available 24/7 • Solid compliment of pickers and crawlers for flexibility • Ability to simultaneously perform multiple 30 • plus crane turnarounds/projects

Pre-Job • Extensive job site evaluations by qualified supervisor • Detailed lift and rigging planning • Logistics-site access/routing, erection • requirements & timelines • Integrated planning/scheduling-equipment • utilization, team oriented planning and • execution • Management support from pre-planning • through completion

  7. Pre-Job cont. • Once on-site-Operator measures job per • drawing to ensure chart loads • Equipment inspection is completed by operator prior to crane being built. • Once built, operator and crew completes Pre-lift inspection • After inspection and pre-left is compete, the operator leads the crew in the JSA process. Qualified Riggers and signalmen are identified, hazards are eliminated.

  8. Technology TNT’s dispatch system is integrated enterprise wide, tracks assets, people, TWIC, orientations, certifications and drives enhanced resource utilization and lower cost.
