IATF Auditor Development Process • Fundamental shift in philosophy for the IATF- Increased emphasis on CB and auditors role in their development by ongoing certification verses IATF tri-annual requalification • What’s Different?- Web-based system verses face to face event- Immediate feedback of exam results- Specific feedback on strength and weaknesses in each competency area verses a pass/fail- Auditor probation process

IATF Auditor Development Process • Transition for currently licensed auditors begins January 2009. • Transition prior to the expiration of the current certification. • Transition involves a rigorous knowledge and application examination and will provide a competency profile to focus further development.

  4. IATF Auditor Development Process • The certification body pays a single transition fee of 750 euro for each auditor they sponsor. • Transition fee includes access to:- Introductory modules- Pre-study questions- IATF development training modules- Knowledge and Application exams • Two retakes of the knowledge and/or application assessment at 150 euro each (per retake). • Annual fee of 100 euro

IATF Auditor Development Process Welcome: Auditor Name Current: Certificate: XXX-05-07-004 Status: Pending objective completion Next objective: Knowledge & Application Assessment Due date: 02/13/2009 - based on certificate expiration Information: All the Introductory, Pre-study and Training Modules are available as optional study material prior to taking the knowledge and application assessment. Failure to meet objective: Will result in your current auditor credentials expiring, you will be turned inactive in the IATF database and your certification body will no longer be able to use you to undertake audits. To re-qualify as an auditor you will have to meet the requirements of Rules 3rd edition 4.2

Due date: Annual requirement from the date full pass was achieved. Failure to meet objective: Will result in your current auditor credentials expiring, you will be turned inactive in the IATF database and your certification body will no longer be able to use you to undertake audits. To re-qualify as an auditor you will have to meet the requirements of Rules 3rd edition 4.2

Due date: January 2010 Failure to meet objective: Will result in your current auditor credentials expiring, you will be turned inactive in the IATF database and your certification body will no longer be able to use you to undertake audits. To re-qualify as an auditor you will have to meet the requirements of Rules 3rd edition 4.2

To re-qualify as an auditor you will have to meet the requirements of Rules 3rd edition 4.2
