Roles & Responsibilities • President • Governance of Alumni EXCO Team • Take Charge of the Alumni Community • Providing Direction and Lead the Way • Motivate & Inspire its Members • Point of Contact with School and External Partners • Vice President • Assist President in Running the Alumni EXCO Team • Take Charge of the Alumni Community • Record Key Milestones • Take Charge of WGS Alumni EXCO Workplan • Step up to take the role of President when he is not around

Roles & Responsibilities • Secretary (1) • Governance of Alumni EXCO Code of Conduct • Management of EXCO Funds • Management of Alumni Database • Provide Assistance to P. and V.P. in Leading the EXCO Team • Secretary (2) • Handle the Attendance for EXCO Meeting • Collate & Prepare Meeting Agenda • Record and Disseminate of Meeting Minutes • Taking Care of the Welfare of Alumni EXCO

Roles & Responsibilities • Publicity & Communication • Take Charge of Publicity for Alumni’s Events • Control Facebook and Website Contents • Act as a Direct Communication Channel with the Alumni members • Event Management Team • Take Charge of the Planning & Organizing of Alumni Events • Engage the Alumni Members to join the Alumni Events • Provide Assistance to School’s Events

EXCO Code of Conduct • All members are held by a covenant of trust in upholding the image of the school and her interests. • Members are to take responsibility for their actions, and actions are trusted to be of good nature and interests. • Members are called upon to be punctual for all gatherings, discussions and meetings. • Teamwork, brotherhood and equality is the triangle of build that supports and brings the alumnus forward. • Members are reminded that the alumni is a body of servanthood, and it’s her interest to serve the school and her students. • The goodwill and name of the school shall be advocated in a positive light by members fiercely. • The alumni and school will in good faith, protect all her members and interests, be it of any physical, mental, emotional or whatsoever threats, with due diligence. • Members not withholding to the rules of the school and codes of the alumni may face a temporary cease of service, and have their power to vote recounted, members who continuously flaunt and disregard the opportunities given will be eventually replaced. This is done to preserve the integrity and image of the alumnus, as serving as ambassadors for the school and the student population, we can ill afford to have any wayward members.
