  2. Falling, falling, from the deep dark winter sky. Watch me flutter, up, and down, and right on by. 1.

  3. I float and flip around in the air, as the wind orchestrates this magical winter ride. With so many friends flying around, it’s a wonder we all just don’t collide. 2.

  4. Twirling and whirling across the pond so cold and frozen. I’m delighted that it is me your eyes have graciously chosen. 3.

  5. Watch me closely…before I disappear. Keep your eyes on my glittery, shimmery, sparkles so clear. 4.

  6. Watch me fall, so s-l-o-w-l-y to the ground. As I become… a unique speck, in a big white fluffy mound. 5.

  7. About The Author Ms. Conrad is a first grade teacher at Abraham Lincoln School in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. She is married to Mr. Ballor who has a very important job in a very tall building in a very big city. She has a daughter named Alex who loves cheerleading and dolphins. Ms. Conrad has a cat named Mr. Oliver Fancy Pants, also known as “Oliver” from the Mr. Ballor and Oliver series. She loves reading and writing books, making up rhymes, and creating little sayings to help her students become responsible, respectful, and safe citizens. She loves sharing her stories with her Fabulous First Grade Friends.
