13. CWEF CANADIAN CHAPTER General Brock Elementary School has a significant number of students with serious deficiencies in English. To help these students, the school has developed a “leveled reading” room. Leveled books contain age appropriate subject matter written in the adjusted reading levels of students in need. The school has only just begun building their collection of leveled books, and is in need of financial assistance if they are to be able to continue to develop this valuable resource.
MOTION – from CWEF Canadian Chapter:
That CWEF provide financial support to General Brock Secondary School to provide books for their leveled reading room.
