  3. Voting - Constitution Amendments • 1. Article II, Section 2 - Membership status is attained by paying dues to AWIS National and AWIS-PSUP, herein referred to as paying members. Active membership is attained by being a paying member and accumulating a specific number of points determined by the officers that are obtained from organization-sponsored activities. Active hours include time spent at club and committee meetings, fundraisers, volunteer activities, socials, SWIS, Stayover, or any activity sponsored or coordinated by AWIS-PSUP. Members may be active or paying to attain voting rights during AWIS-PSUP officer elections.

  4. 2. Article II, Section 5 - A. Any and all new members of AWIS-PSUP shall have website access to: 1. Schedule of Events and Activities 2. Constitution 3. A definition of personal rights, and a copy of the University Hazing Policy, prescribed by the Policies and Rules for Student Organizations. • 3. BYLAWS, Article II, Section 3e - E. Keep detailed accounts of all members’ accumulated points

  5. 4. Article V, Section 3 - Active members are those who have accumulated a designated minimum number of points from activities per semester. Activities include time spent at club and committee meetings, fundraisers, volunteer activities, socials, SWIS, Stayover, or any activity sponsored or coordinated by AWIS-PSUP as determined by the Executive Board. • 5. Article VII, Section 1 - Chapter meetings shall be held bi-weekly as scheduled by the President and Executive Board. The President may call special meetings.

  6. Voting • Agree - say Yay! (amuse me) • Disagree - say Nay! • Majority Rules

  7. Volunteer • Blood drive Nov. 9th • MSU vs. PSU • Need Donors! • Get your friends • Shaver’s Creek went well, great job!

  8. Fundraising/Activities • The SIGNED football! • Raffle…and the winner is???? • Winner makes arrangements with Kathleen/Brit K. to get football • One more fundraiser to do… • sandwiches • Thanksgiving Basket • Have everything in by Nov 12th in 319 Boucke

  9. Triangle Tuck-In • Nov 10th @ 9 PM • Brittany’s Apt: 703 Alexander Court • $2 fee • Triangle pledge will read a night-night story… • For the sake of humor, I recommend a trashy romance novel
