Advocacy Committee • Assisting and advising M&P staff on their rights under the Collective Agreement. • On-going education of M&P staff relating to their rights under the Collective Agreement. • Assisting and advising M&P staff who have chosen AAPS as their first line of enquiry relating to issues under UBC Policy of Discrimination, Harassment and Equity in the workplace. • Providing AAPS representation to M&P staff regarding disputes or grievances.
