Purpose

Develop strategies to ensure that

families involved in the Child Welfare system

have priority access to resources and services

(whether provided by state/local government, nonprofit agencies, or other providers).

    • Child Welfare – CDSS

    • Behavioral Health – DHCS

    • Employment – State Workforce Investment Board

  • May 2014 PASS Leadership Team PHASE 2 LAUNCH

    • Expanded ACTION TEAMS

    • Teams develop ACTION PLANS

    • The Leadership Team develops a STATEWIDE PLAN
