Supply chain • Buying activities • Supply Chain set up in 3 States – Edo, CRS & Rivers • 46 Focal people trained in Cross River State, buying continues in 37. 18 in Rivers and 20 in Edo States • 2 Novella field officers per State visiting communities • 25 tons achieved so far – 20 (CRS), 2.5 (Edo), 1.0 (Riv) • Logistics • Focal people equipped with scales, needles, ropes, Banners, Bags, etc • 1 store in Edo. 1 in Ikom, CRS, Negotiating for other stores • Processing • Still under negotiations • Very lean structure for supply chain team

SC into the future • Improve income levels for farmers/collectors/price – N40 • Improve supply base of AB seed • Scaling up AB market chains via domestication of trees • Expand AB operational area within the 3 states • Train and support few interested FPs to become entrepreneurs • Intensify project information • Improve quality assurance and control
