Nya proteazominhibitorer Per oral I.V Carfilzomib Marizomib • Ixazomib • Oprozomib • 3 mekanismer i aktivitet mot MM: • Ackumulering av Cyklin eller CDK-inhibitorer och tumörsupressorproteiner i cellen • Hämning av Proteinavfallskvarn i cellen celldöd • Blockerar transkriptionsfaktor NF-κB- pathwayförhindrar degradering av • Irreversibel hämning: • Carfilzomib, Oprozomib, Marizomib • Reversibel hämning: • Bortezomib, Ixazomb
