  2. Cobbler Pose Cobbler pose is also known as bound angle pose or Baddha Konasana. This pose eventually will help you in stretching your inner thighs/hips. To do this position you should begin by sitting on the floor and bringing your heels closer to your pelvis. Meet soles of the feet and with grasp the big toes with fingers.

  3. Plank Pose This particular yoga position strengthens your abdominal muscles and heats up your body for a great evening with your partner.

  4. Upward Dog Pose For doing this yoga, you need to lie on the floor. You need to press your palms down into the floor. Then, you need you drop your shoulders down and back. Once done, press your chest by bringing it forward.

  5. Downward Facing Dog Pose This is one of the first yoga poses any novice learners. However, if you have not done it before, all you have to do is get down on your mat yoga on the hands and toes. Go up in a triangular position with your hips in the air.

  6. Cat Cow Pose This exercise involves the transition from a yoga position (cat) to another (cow) and you can strengthen the muscles of the perineum, work and Kegel exercises.

  7. Pigeon Pose This has put a bad name, but it is quite difficult to do at first. However, once you master it, it will open up the hips. Are you going to start on hands and knees, and then bring your left foot forward.

  8. Happy Baby Pose This position is also known as Ananda Balasana. For doing this pose, you need to act like a happy baby. Lie on the floor on your back. Exhale and you need to bend your knees towards your belly.

  9. Reclining Big Toe Pose This is also known as Supta Padangusthasana. This position will help you to learn how to open and stretch your legs to the fullest. Quite obviously, you need this in your bedroom.

  10. Bridge Pose This movement is called “bridge” and is very useful. It’s a classic move for sex hot yoga. It starts from the prone position with back to the ground. Bend your knees so that your heels to get closer to the pool, placing it on both sides of it.

  11. Legs Up The Wall This position is also known as Viparita Karani. It is recommended that before doing this pose, you must make sure your height and distance from the wall. Locate an open divider space. Choose the place free from troubles. Begin situated close to the divider,
