  2. What does mean “COMUNET”? COMMUNITY NETWORK • PROJECT’S AIMS • TO CREATE AN ACTIVE NETWORK AMONG VCO’S ACTORS • TOWARDS THE REALIZATION OF AN OPEN • COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE • TO PROMOTE THE IMPROVEMENT OF A SUPPORT NETWORK • FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF OPEN SOURCE SOFTWARE IN THE • THIRD SECTOR

  3. Expected outcomes Improvement of VCO actors professionalism Enhancement of organizational efficiency through the use of Open Source software Increase of sistem integration and cooperation among different VCO through the use of Web devices   Introduction and testing of e-learning innovative model

  4. The outcomes are espected to be get through the following steps Start up of an open web learning community about Open Source and Third Sector Training on line of a group of animators (just engaged in VCO) for Learning Communities and Communities of Practice on line for the Third Sector Training on line of 100 VCO operators, with the support of the animators prevoiusly trained, as Open Source solutions designers for the Third Sector . Evolution, thanks to the groups trained, of the open web Learning Community in an authentic Community of Practice extended to the partecipation of all VCO

  5. TRAINING MODEL The selected training model is named Complex Learning Complex Learning model transforms the Web complexity in an opportunity for exploiting informal and not formal knowledge through the actvation of collaborative processes starting from the creation of a Learning Community and tawards the development of a Community of Practice

  6. COMPLEX LEARNING MODEL PROMOTES acquisition of strategic collaborative competences oriented to the management of learning, problem setting and problem solving development of meta-cognitive ability of planning, auto-monitoring e auto-assessment connection among theory, practice and research Knowledge condivision and collaborative construction of knowledge through the interaction

  7. COMPLEX LEARNING MODELcarry out inside a web learning communitywhere usual roles are leaved: everyone is supposed to have knowledge and comeptences to share in order to solve common problems there are no propedeuthic steps or closed group classroom everyone, included tutor, is a “primus inter pares”

  8. PRIMARY FEATURE OF COMPLEX LEARNING MODEL is to promote a flexible and rapid knowledge and practice sharing according to a peer to peer and many to many communication model In a word it requires and improve abilities in managing complexity

  9. La Community Comunet www.equal-comunet.it/forum Even you, as stakeholder of Third Sector or Open Source expert, can take part to the Community giving your account or proposing your theme of interest or problem to solve toghether.

  10.
