  2. Cool, mid, summer afternoon, Saddling up for a ride of excellence. “Well at least I think?” Unclipping the hook, Mum, Dad and I, trudging towards the front gate. But what we don’t realize is the danger that lies ahead! TOOT! TOOT! “Idiot!” Mum yells bobbing up and down like a balloon caught in a winter breeze. Great! Indy and Minnie both don’t know what just hit them. “Silly horses. Calm down!” Mum splutters. Dad tugs on Minnie’s bridle to calm her down. Mum frantically tries to steady Indy! Finally, we’ve reached our destination. But wait!? There’s a huge herd of cows we need to stroll through! What do we do? Take a risk and go through the herd. Turn to page 28. Turn back and do the right thing! Turn to page 3.

  3. PAGE 3: You decide to do the right thing for yourself. As you aimlessly slump back to the house, It becomes a long slow and boring rest of the afternoon. As you sit there watching the day roll by…… Nothing can stop you from the regret of the wrong decision you made. THE END!

  4. PAGE 28: Feeling lucky. Let’s hope so! Dad urges forward. Grabs the latch. Opens the gate swiftly, CLICK!! As we were all starring into the eyes of the hundreds of cows. Trapped, but still a way! Taking our first steps in the heart of the herd, STOP!! “Do you hear that?” I whisper quietly with a hint of fear! Just behind us, snorting, bucking, crazy cows , bunching up, heading straight for us! Indy packs himself for a rearing match. Excited cows everywhere I look. Minnie luckily not that fussed about cows up her rear end, but I think she wanted to sock them in the face. Felt like it! “Almost there!” Dad says in a hysterical voice. “Help and wait!” Mum screams as Indy, a stressed pal akin, freaks and almost squashes her. “Mum I yell!” I yell, as the stress to be in the comfort of her arms grows larger. “I’m fine!” Mum answers in a comforting way. But I still know she’s in danger! What do I do? Help mum and stay behind. Turn to page 17 Carry on and hope for the best. Turn to page 20Go to the beginning!

  5. PAGE 17: You stay back, as Mum slowly disappears. Dad and I stood there sobbing till the fate of being crushed sets in. “Mum!” I scream rushing toward her. Suddenly, hideous murdering cows rush back over me and Mum to finish the job they started. “Dad, help!” I shriek with a linger of force. Dad slowly marches his way to where Mum and I are. Not knowing where to go, like a frustrating maze with 5000 directions. Dad kneels to the ground and screams, “NO!!” THE END!

  6. PAGE 20: You carry on. Indy makes a break for it with Mum on his back. We rush toward the exit of the paddock-rush! As we reach the rusty handle of the gate, Dad struggles to open the stiff tormenting latch. Mum also following right behind. “Got it!” Dad says with a sigh of relief. “Let’s get out of here!” Mum splutters. We rush straight out, shut the gate and carry on home. “Let’s never do that again!” I say as we waltz with our heads held high, knowing we’ve got a story to tell. THE END!
