BF COI – ComSubPac’s Message …FLEET DEPLOYING TACTICS/TECHNOLOGIES/ OVERVIEW PROCEDURES FOR MINE WARFARE, MINING, MINEFIELD PLANNING, INTEL, METOC, GCCS'M MEDAL, JTFEX LESSONS LEARNED, SUBMARINE MINEFIELD TACTICS AND REACHBACK SYSTEMS IN PLACE. DISCUSSIONS WILL ALSO INCLUDE CVBG INTERACTION WITH DEDICATED (NON-ORGANIC) SURFARE/AIR/UNDERWATER MCM SHOULD THE MISSION BE REQUIRED.
