  8. Pricing In order to achieve savings and efficiency, an aggregate order of 10,000 pcs from all the RooterMan Frachises is required by 7/31/08 to start production. Please complete the following form if you are interested in ordering the RooterMan stuffed toy. The minimum order from each franchise is 100 pcs. Standard product includes the RooterMan logo and website imprinted on cape. All orders over 1,000 pcs can include a custom phone number imprinted on cape at no extra charge. Orders under 1,000 pcs requiring a custom phone number should include an extra $1.00 per toy.

There are different ways to calculate your need: • Average of # Monthly Service Calls x 12 • Trade Show exhibition – 200 pcs / day • Estimate # of New Franchise Start Up Kit x 100 pcs • Rooterman Appearances x 500 pcs • # of Franchise packets send / month x 1
