The fundfotos Solution • fundfotos is an innovative fundraising program that is easy to implement, easy to use and can generate funds throughout the Organization’s year. • fundfotos uses a web-based platform that allows Organization’s families to view and purchase pictures of many activities throughout the Organization’s year. It also allows them to upload, store, edit, share and purchase their own photos and keepsakes. • fundfotos is an ongoing fundraiser with a portion of each dollar spent going directly back to the Organization.

  3. Fundraising Made Easy The Process • Organization determines the fundraising initiative • fundfotos Associates customize a private and secure website for the Organization that is easily accessed and managed by a Organization administrator

Fundraising Made Easy The Process • Organization emails a letter explaining the fundraiser to each family that contains a link for the parents (fundfotos provides the letter template) • Parents click on the link in the letter which takes them to the Donation Wizard • The Donation Wizard is a secure site which processes the donation via credit card or personal check • Parent’s donations are usable as fundfoto dollars on their site for their purchases • Parent’s select 4 or more relatives or friends to receive the email to set up their own account and make a donation

  6. Fundraising Made Easy The Process • The WebStore is easy to navigate and use • Donors can order prints as well as hundreds of gift ideas • A portion of each purchase goes to the Organization

  7. Fundraising Made Easy The Process • A safe and secure donor website is created and all pictures are downloaded to this site • Donors may upload all of their pictures to their site for storage, order prints, create albums, order greeting cards and keepsakes

Fundraising Made Easy The Process • The Organization continues to upload pictures from all activities to the Website • Your Organization portrait photographer can also use the site to upload the Organization portraits for easy viewing and sale (optional) • The pictures are delivered to the donor’s site for viewing and purchase • The donors are notified via email of every upload and can immediately view and purchase the pictures
