  9. What are SMART goals? • At your home table, number off 1-4. • Join your number group. • Read the article. Be able to answer: • What are the key components of SMART goals? • What are 3 benefits of using SMART goals? • How can this be applied to writing a PDP?

  14. Writing SMART goals • Think of a teacher that you will be working with to create his/her PDP. What does this teacher need to achieve? How will he/she achieve it? • Use the graphic organizer to draft a goal or two for this teacher. Share out at your table.
